What to Expect
🌿 90-Minute Wood Element Yin Yoga Practice
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Wood Element is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, which relate to growth, vision, decision-making, resilience, and our ability to move forward in life.
Through a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, we will explore long-held postures that target these energetic pathways, creating space through the hips, inner thighs, and sides of the body. As we soften physical and energetic tension, we create the conditions for clarity, renewal, and authentic growth.
🌿 30-Minute Guided Yoga Nidra
Settle into deep rest with a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to calm the nervous system, restore energy, and allow the body and mind to integrate the morning's experience.
🌿 Seasonal Nourishing Brunch
Following our practice, gather in community and enjoy a vibrant, colourful brunch celebrating the abundance and freshness of spring.
