Yoga, Movement & Awareness
Over the years, yoga has become one of the most powerful tools in my life, not because it asks me to do less, but because it has taught me how to move with greater awareness.
As someone who enjoys high-intensity training and staying physically active, I’ve experienced firsthand how yoga can complement an athletic body. It has helped me develop greater range of movement, mobility, balance and body awareness, while learning to move mindfully rather than simply pushing for more.
For me, yoga is about longevity — being able to continue doing the things I love, while developing an intimate relationship with my body and learning to listen to what it is telling me.
That awareness allows me to recognise when my body needs something different. Sometimes that might mean strength, sometimes mobility or space, and sometimes it means stepping back and resting. I’ve learned that rest isn't simply the absence of movement. It can be a conscious practice that gives both the body and mind an opportunity to reset, integrate and restore.
I believe strength and flexibility aren't opposites. Neither are effort and rest. True wellbeing comes from developing an awareness of when to challenge yourself, when to create space, and when to allow the body to recover.
My approach brings together yoga, fascia-focused movement, breathwork and nervous system awareness to help people develop a deeper relationship with their bodies and move with greater freedom, strength and intention.
Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, a busy professional, a parent, an older adult wanting to maintain mobility and independence, or simply someone wanting to feel more at home in your body, yoga offers practical tools that can support you through every stage of life.
There is no perfect pose to achieve and no competition to win.
Just an opportunity to pause, notice, reconnect — and become more aware of what your body and mind are asking for.
Move well. Stay curious. Keep doing what you love.

The Path Inward
Amanda Walters, Qualified Yoga Professional
When I first stepped onto the mat, I was searching for alignment, strength, and a way to release the tension held within my body. What I found was something far deeper.
Through this practice, I began to experience true self-preservation, a steady kind of healing that touched me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
What I discovered wasn’t a new version of myself…
It was a remembering. A returning.
As my yoga journey deepened, I uncovered the profound way it supported my life, creating space, clarity, and peace, and reconnecting me to something greater than the noise of the everyday. A sense of source. A sense of truth.
This is the journey I’m passionate about sharing with you.
I’m so honoured to be part of your practice — and I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
