IN FULL RADIANCE, An Elemental Fire Experience

Ignite passion. Feel fully. Radiate freely.

The Essence of Fire

Fire is a symbol of divinity, of transformation and of passion. It represents the creative force that brings things to life, the warmth that connects us, and the inner spark that inspires us to create, express and grow.

In the Five Element cycle, Fire represents the peak of a journey — the moment when potential becomes expression and energy comes fully alive. Where Wood is the process of becoming, Fire is the experience of blossoming into what we are.

Fire invites us to consider what makes us feel alive. What stirs our passion? What brings warmth to our hearts? Where are we holding ourselves back from expressing who we truly are?

It is an invitation to reconnect with our inner fire, embrace the fullness of life and recognise the creative power we each carry.

The Experience

Join Manda Jane Yoga for an afternoon of movement, stillness and connection inspired by the Fire Element.

We'll begin with Vinyasa Yoga, building warmth and energy through breath-led movement. From there, we'll transition into Yin Yoga, settling into longer-held postures and allowing the muscles to relax so we can gently access the deeper fascia and connective tissues.

We'll bring awareness to the four meridian pathways associated with the Fire Element — Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium and Triple Burner — traditionally connected with joy, warmth, love and human connection. Through stillness and inward awareness, we'll create space to reconnect with the heart, explore what ignites our passion and cultivate the stillness from which we can radiate fully.

The practice will close with guided relaxation, giving you space to settle, integrate and simply be.

Afterwards, we'll gather for a relaxed, flame-grilled dinner with fresh salads, sharing good food and conversation as the sun sets and the fire pit glows. A beautiful opportunity to connect, unwind and embrace the warmth of the Fire Element as day gives way to night.
